To strengthen its e-commerce capabilities, Sainsbury’s has completed the roll out of a new multichannel grocery website, ‘’. The fully operational website will provide shoppers with a more convenient and intuitive shopping experience.

  • The new site is loaded with various features such as improved navigation, new products & brands, call centre capability, recipes, in-store support tools, personalize offers and in-store integration into 225 stores across the UK.
    • The site is also optimized for mobile and tablet users.
  • The retailer is currently trialling its click and collects services where shoppers can able to pick their products from more than 1,000 stores.
