If your company has an Kantar Retail iQ license, you can register for a Username & Password. If you are not able to register please sign-up for a trial. If you have questions about registering please contact CustomerService@KantarRetail.com

Can Kantar Retail conduct a training session for me and/or my team?
Yes. As part of your licensed agreement, Kantar Retail offers several options for User Training.
I attended a Kantar Retail Event. Where are the slides that were presented at that event? When will they be posted?
All slides presented at a Kantar Retail Event can be found on the Event Presentations page of the Events section of the website. To access the slides go to the Events, eLearning, and Webinars tab at the top of any page of the website hovering over Events and selecting the Slide Presentations. You can browse the slides by retailer, channel, country, and event. Both Adobe PDF and PowerPoint versions of the slide presentations are available. In addition, Slide Presentations are posted to applicable Retailer, Channel, Country, and Topic Insight Centres. All slide presentations are posted within 48 hours of event completion.
Can I use the information on Kantar Retail iQ in my presentations?
Your licensed agreement enables you to use the information contained on KantarRetailiQ.com as long as you reference Kantar Retail as a source. Please refer to Terms of Use for complete details.
